At Carry On Nutrition, we want your subscription experience to be simple and transparent. Here is everything you need to know.
Billing Your payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days from the date of your first order. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.
Shipping Subscription orders ship to the address on file at the time of billing. To update your shipping address, log into your account before your next billing date.
Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at carryonnutrition.com/account. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Skipping or Pausing You can skip or pause a delivery at any time through your account portal.
Refunds Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your first order, our First Product Guarantee applies. Refunds do not apply to repeat subscription orders beyond your first purchase.
