Order Processing
We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress.
Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or high shipping volumes).
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Carry On Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

Damaged Orders
