We stand behind every product we make.
First Product Guarantee
If you don’t feel a difference, we’ll make it right.
- Valid for first-time customers only
- Applies to one unit of your first product purchased
- Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Product may be opened and used
To request a refund, email us at support@carryonnutrition.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief note about your experience
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Additional Returns
For all other products or orders:
- Items must be unopened and unused
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Subscriptions
If you are enrolled in a subscription:
- You may cancel or modify anytime before your next shipment
- Refunds do not apply to repeat subscription orders beyond your First Product Guarantee
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us at support@carryonnutrition.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our return policy.
Policy Guidelines
- Refunds are limited to one per customer
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse
- We do not guarantee results, as individual responses may vary
