Our Guarantee

At Carry On Nutrition, we create products designed to help you show up better—whether that means more energy, resilience, focus, or overall well-being.

We stand behind every product we make.


First Product Guarantee

If you don’t feel a difference, we’ll make it right.

  • Valid for first-time customers only
  • Applies to one unit of your first product purchased
  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Product may be opened and used

To request a refund, email us at support@carryonnutrition.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief note about your experience

If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.


Additional Returns

For all other products or orders:

  • Items must be unopened and unused
  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Subscriptions

If you are enrolled in a subscription:

  • You may cancel or modify anytime before your next shipment
  • Refunds do not apply to repeat subscription orders beyond your First Product Guarantee

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us at support@carryonnutrition.com. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return under our return policy.


Policy Guidelines

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse
  • We do not guarantee results, as individual responses may vary
